O 1º Festival Gastronômico do Paraná aconteceu no dia 05 de fevereiro de 2015 no Círculo Militar do Paraná. O 1º Festival Gastronômico do Paraná foi um projeto apresentado pela Ministério da Cultura através da Lei Rouanet e foi realizado pelo Instituto Joanir Zonta e Condor. O Espetáculo foi o encerramento de uma atividade maior que foi o curso de cozinha, padaria e confeitaria oferecido pelo Instituto Joanir Zonta aberto e gratuito à comunidade.
O espetáculo contava a história de uma família italiana que trazia em sua história as raízes da imigração italiana. E como toda família possuía suas intrigas e segredos. A cultura espanhola também era trazida em meio ao enredo. Durante o espetáculo, os espectadores eram servidos com comidas representativas de tais culturas.
The 1º Paraná Food Festival took place on February 5, in the Paraná Military Circle. The event was a project presented by the Brazil’s Culture Ministry through the Law for the Encouragement of culture – Rouanet Law and it was promoted by Joanir Zonta Institute and Condor. The show was a closing of a big activity that was the course of cooking, bakery and confectionery offered by Joanir Zonta Institute open and free to the community.
The show told the story of an Italian family that brought in its history the roots of Italian immigration. And like every family had their intrigues and secrets. The Spanish culture was also brought in through the plot. During the show, viewers were served with food representative of such cultures.
