ISRAEL DEL BARCO
Israel was born and grew up in Brazil. In 2015, he graduated with first honours, in Scenic Production Technology Undergraduate Course at Federal University of Paraná (Brazil) a course intended to form producers for theatre and cultural events. Alongside with his undergrad he was working as a freelancer lighting designer since 2011.
In 2021 he graduated with Distinction the Master in Fine Art program in Stage Design, at The Lir, the National Academy of Dramatic Art (Trinity College Dublin) in Ireland, majoring in lighting design and minor in dramaturgy.
His experience is broad and goes from lighting, set and video design for theatre, concerts, corporate events and outdoor experiences. For the past 10 years Israel has worked as a lighting designer, technician, programmer, operator and followspot operator in Brazil, Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands.
