The 1st Gastronomic Festival of Paraná took place on February 5, in the “Círculo Militar do Paraná” Club. The event was a project presented by the Brazilian Culture Ministry through the Law for the Encouragement of culture – Rouanet Law and it was promoted by Joanir Zonta Institute and Condor. The show was a closing of a big activity that was the course of cooking, bakery, and confectionery offered by Joanir Zonta Institute open and free to the community.
The show told the story of an Italian family that brought in its history the roots of Italian immigration. And like every family had their intrigues and secrets. The Spanish culture was also brought in through the plot. During the show, viewers were served with food representative of such cultures.
